Every order is baked fresh to order — never sitting on a shelf.

We dispatch once a week, every Thursday, by Royal Mail 24-hour Tracked (£4.45) — so your treats land fresh in time for the weekend, and you can follow them every step of the way.

To be included in Thursday’s dispatch, please orderbymidnightonTuesday. Orders placed after that go into the following week’s send.

Free collection is available in North London any time, by arrangement — just choose the collection option at checkout.

A note on freshness: because everything is handmade with real butter and no preservatives, we recommend keeping your treats in the fridge, where they’ll stay at their best for up to 7 days (some items vary — see the label). Just remove from the fridge an hour before eating, or warm briefly in the oven, to enjoy them at their gooey best. Each order arrives with storage and best-before guidance on the label.

Returns: as our products are freshly baked and perishable, we’re unable to accept returns. If anything arrives damaged or not as it should be, please get in touch within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll put it right.
