I’m Carlene, the baker behind Blue Baked It.

I’ve been baking since 2012, starting with specialty cakes before discovering my passion for decorated cookies, brownies, and blondies. What began as a hobby became a business built on one simple idea — every treat should feel special.

Today, Blue Baked It offers handcrafted treat boxes featuring NYC-style cookies, fudgy brownies, and gourmet blondies, alongside Cookiie In A Tin — my bespoke decorated cookie service where every design is hand-drawn, hand-cut, and hand-decorated for your occasion.

I also create bespoke dessert tables for weddings, baby showers, and celebrations — transforming events with curated spreads of handmade treats that look as good as they taste.

Everything is made in small batches using quality ingredients because I believe the best gifts are the ones made with care.
